From the founder
I have been on the client side, hired the agencies, and run the brands as an operator. I built a team that understands our clients' problems. Our job is simple, help your brand scale and make it feel easy.
Before Growth Factor, Justin ran operations and eCommerce for brands in the tactical and outdoor space, growing many of them from startup to successful multi 7-figure brands, and was an executive at a large digital agency serving enterprise clients. Growth Factor is the sum of all of that: a playbook built on that experience, with a senior team built around it.
